Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (because we’re confident you’ll find something even more glamorous). Original shipping costs are non-refundable – but we’ll cover the return shipping for exchanges!
💖 Glam Tip: That perfect £7.70 faux suede mini dress in the wrong size? Exchange it for the right fit and we’ll throw in free standard shipping on your new item!
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Contact our style squad at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you’re returning
- Reason (so we can improve our £12 halters!)
- Whether you want exchange or store credit
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached (as pristine as our chiffon pieces arrive)
- Original packaging preferred (we’re eco-conscious like our bamboo fiber white dresses)
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this with your authorization)
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return (with more care than we pack delicate items):
- Store Credit: Issued within 3 business days (perfect for when those midi skirts restock)
- Original Payment: Refund processed in 5-10 business days to your Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal
Note: Bank processing times may vary – like how some colors sell out faster than others!

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons (and because some things are just too perfect to return):
- Final sale items (clearly marked – usually our £5 flash sale steals)
- Swimwear with hygiene seals removed
- Personalized items (like monogrammed mini dresses)
