Our Fuss-Free Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (because we’re confident you’ll find something even more glamorous!). Original shipping costs are non-refundable – but we’ll cover return shipping for exchanges! 💖

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email Us: Contact our style squad at [email protected] within 15 days with:
   • Your order number
   • Item(s) you’re returning
   • Reason (so we can improve our £12 halters!)
   • Whether you want exchange or store credit
2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply faster than mini skirts sell out (usually within 24 hours) with return authorization and address
3. Ship It Back: Pack items securely (use original packaging if possible) and include the completed return form
4. Track It: Send us the tracking number – we’ll monitor like it’s a limited-edition maxi skirt release!

Return Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached (as pristine as our chiffon pieces arrive)
• Original packaging preferred (we’re eco-conscious like our bamboo fiber white dresses)
• Include the completed return form (we’ll email this with your authorization)

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (with more care than we pack delicate items):

• Store Credit: Issued within 3 business days (perfect for when those midi skirts restock)
• Original Payment: Refund processed in 5-10 business days to your Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal

Note: Bank processing times may vary – like how some colors sell out faster than others!

Exchange Process

Found a better fit? Here’s how exchanges work:

1. Follow standard return steps above
2. Specify desired exchange item(s) in your email
3. We’ll ship your new items once return is received (with free standard shipping!)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons (and because some things are just too perfect to return):

• Final sale items (clearly marked – usually our £5 flash sale steals)
• Swimwear with hygiene seals removed
• Personalized items (like monogrammed mini dresses)

International Returns

Global returns follow the same policy (except remote areas where fashion hasn’t been discovered yet). You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless exchanging – then we’ll email you a prepaid label!
